Citrus Apple Danishes!







ingredients:

2 c. finely chopped apples=
3 (4oz.) cans refrigerator crescent rolls
1/3 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. orange juice



Directions:


In a small bowl, combine apples, granulated sugar, flour, orange rind, and cinamon and mix well. Separate crescent rolls and place 1 tablespoon filling in the center of each one. Fold the two points of the triangle over to the square corner. Press edges to seal, leaving diagonal slit unsealed. Bake at 350 degrees F 10-to 15 minutes or until golden brown. 


For orange glaze
Combine confectioners' sugar and orange juice and mix smooth. Spoon glaze over warm rolls. Makes twelve rolls.

You have A LOT of brothers...how many of these did you have to make? I think I would have had to make 4 batched for my boys! :o)

The recipe has twelve danishes!
I just made twelve, but the boys were fighting over them! :) So if you made them I would double the batch.....depends how hungry everyone is!
