Last Day Of Hanukkah

I am only doing 7 days of Hanukkah because we don't celebrate the 8th day. It leads on to Christmas Eve. The last day,Hanukkah Harry brought us Pizza, and individual gifts!
I forgot what Justin got.
I got a toy for Momo.
Tsavah got a jumprope.
Shiloh got nun-chucks.
Galen and Kole got wrestling masks!
Ephraim got a Batman mask.
It was fun and after we watched," It's A Wonderful Life!"

6 day of Hanukkah

On the sixth day of Hanukkah, I was dressed as a character called, "Hanukah Hannah." (I was with, " Hanukkah Harry.") Our gift was to make cookies for our neighbors! So the next day we made cookies, and finished at 6:30PM! It was fun!

Sorry It's Late, But The 5 Day of Hanukkah!

Sorry it's very late, but this present was fun!
This time it was a little different. Our heater went out and it was a cold night. Someone told us to check a cellphone for a video, and there was a video of,"Hanukkah Harry!"
Our present was to go to Ben and Jerry's to get something called a,"VERMONTER!
Here is what they put in it:
  • Twenty scoops of Ben and Jerry's ice cream
  • 4 ladles hot fudge
  • Whipped cream
  • 3 cookies
  • A choice of 4 toppings
The place has this little contest.
If you eat the whole thing by yourself there, you get free ice cream for a whole year!

Here are some pic's other people took of it.

Thank you so much for reading!

We had 2 people in a team. I was with Shiloh. ( the boy with the black hair on the post before this.) It was fun looking for present for our other siblings! Coming Soon! 8 Days Of Chanukah or Hanukkah! ( Ha, nu, Ku)

Our Hanukkah starts today! I'm so exited! There is a little tradition we do!
You get a gift or something for those 8 days!
My dad got this Santa suit, and my dad uses it for Chanukah! He dresses up in it, has a different accent, has a different name, and acts like a different person! He has been doing it for now, 5 years!
His name is Chanukah Harry! By the way, Chanukah and Hanukah are the same thing!
It is a lot of fun, so I'm going to blog about all eight days! I'll show all of you what happened.
If you have any questions, please leave a comment!

Oh here is a picture of Chanukah Harry (last year!)!

He is such a joker! :II

Christmas Carolers!

Hi!
This is what I am going to tell you how to make!

Sorry the pictures are kind of blurry!
But here it goes!

What you need:
~Scissors
~Cardboard tube( I used a paper towel tube.)
~Paintbrushes
~Tempera paint( any paint will do, just not face paint, or water colors.)

~Colored paper ( I just painted card stock paper, because I didn't have colored paper.  Also it is for the faces and mittens.)

~Sheet music

~Black marker

~Pink colored pencil

~Glue

~3 baby or child's socks

~Yarn( I used Thread.)

1.Cut the cardboard tube into three slightly the same lengths.  Paint the three parts, each tube must be different colors.  Set them aside.

2.  Cut mitten shapes and face ovals from colored paper.  Or do the same, but out of card stock, and paint the paper let it dry.  Trim three small rectangles from the sheet music, then fold the rectangles in half to resemble songbooks.

3. Use the black marker to draw faces on the ovals.  Give your carolers rosy cheeks with the pink pencil.

4.  Glue the faces onto the pained tubes.  Glue the mittens onto the sheet music, then glue the mittens to the tubes.

5.  For hats, trim the feet off the socks and discard them.  Fold an end of each sock tube into a cuff and stretch it over a carolers head.  Tie the top of the hat closed with yarn or thread.

Yes, I did a long post! ha ha!
